Hopefully with JV baseball winding down our lives will be a bit more manageable. We have a last game on the schedule for Monday but the forecast is calling for rain. So we may shift some of the meals around as the week unfolds.
Monday - Sandwiches & veggies with dip (if we play ball)
Shrimp marinara, steamed broccoli, bread (if we don't)
Tuesday -
Baked ham & cheese omelet roll,
pear salad,
homemade hash browns (leftover ham)
Wednesday - Roast beef, mashed potatoes, green beans (at church)
Thursday -
Fish tacos, salad, spanish rice
Friday - Grilled ribeyes,
2X baked potatoes, salad
Saturday - hope to visit my sister (we'll eat there)
Sunday -
Buttermilk chicken, mashed potaotes, lady peas,
cornbread, blueberry cobbler
