Well, I saw a modest weight loss this week, but I will continue to practice portion control and exercise!
Monday - potato soup, salad, bread for the hoss & mr. b
Tuesday - fish tacos, spanish rice, salsa & chips (not for me)
Wednesday - FPSW - chicken stir fry, fried rice, salad and dessert
Thursday - spaghetti with homemade sauce, green beans, easy muffins
Friday - supper club at the Bottigers (no cooking for me)
Saturday - spiced roasted chicken, potato salad (light version), steamed cabbage
Sunday - meatloaf, macaroni & cheese, lady peas, corn muffins
